Featuring Lawrence Short on vocals and on collaborative song writing, this song is both a serious and also a bit humorous take on the frustration and irritation unanswered feelings might conjure up.
24th of November marks the release of a new single, complete with that melancholic trademark that is Max’s. “Kissing you goodbye” is a story of coming to terms with that it’s time to move on despite the deep feelings and strong investment in a relationship it just wasn’t meant to be this time, although the good intentions from both parties. The original idea of the song was created almost 20 years ago and has waited for the perfect moment to find its time, place and sound. And now it has!
Bea Rachélle on vocals joins Max on this fresh confession song – “Ville inte höra” (“Didn’t want to hear” in English). As made totally clear – a statement of someone really seeing all the bad signs early on, but refusing to acknowledge them and staying in a relationship long past due date. Crispy and emotional vocals, clean and airy production and a lot of emotion makes up the constitution of this strong pop gem.
New release in Swedish by Max! “I en himmel gjord för oss”, or “In heaven, made for us”. This song perfectly blends the opposites, as is kind of the trademark of Max Prime – energetic music combined with a vocal line and lyrics with lots of emotion in the melancholic range.
